Global Organics Coconut Cream is created from mature aged coconuts and adds a smoothness to curries, soups and desserts.
Coconut cream is versatile and can be used in many ways. Traditionally added to give a creamy finish to curries and laksa but more modern uses are nice-cream, chia puddings, a vegan cream substitute or a paleo and keto cooking staple.
Coconut cream is fantastic in smoothies and in raw cakes and mousses. Try a peanut butter fudge with 1 Single serve can of Global Organic Coconut Cream blended with 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup Global Organic Maple Syrup. Set in the fridge then enjoy.
