Holle Biodynamic Cereal Recipes:

FIGS HOLLE CEREAL

FOR BABIES (6 months+), KIDS, ADULTS

INGREDIENTS

– Holle Cereal 4tbsp
Holle Milk* 150ml
– Figs# 2

STEPS

  1. Mix your choice of Holle cereal with water or milk until porridge consistency.
  2. Halve figs and mash them with a fork.
  3. Mix the mashed figs into Holle cereal.
  4. Serve.

*For kids and adults, substitute with any organic plant based milk.

HOLLE BREAKFAST BOWL

FOR KIDS, ADULTS

INGREDIENTS

Holle Cereal (any flavour) 4tbsp
Holle Milk or Ecomil Almond Milk [sugar-free] 400ml
– Apple/ Orange/ Banana 1 piece
NaturGreen Agave syrup (to taste)
– The Bites Energy Nuts Mix 1tbsp
Sonnentor Cinnamon Powder (optional) 1 pinch
– The Bites Chia Seed (optional) 3tbsp

STEPS

  1. Mix your choice of Holle cereal with warm milk until desired consistency.
  2. Cut fruits into chunks and place them onto Holle cereal.
  3. Add some energy grain mix, drizzle some agave syrup and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder.
  4. Serve.

# For kids 3 years above and adults, soak 3 tbsp of chia seeds in 1 cup of almond milk overnight. Layer chia seed pudding at the bottom, layer Holle cereal on the top.

HOLLE RADIANT PORRIDGE

FOR BABIES (7 months+), KIDS, ADULTS

INGREDIENTS

Holle Weaning Oil 2tbsp
Babybio® Sweet Corn Puree 1/2 bottle
– Broccoli 1 small floret
– Red dates 1 piece
– Water (adjust to texture desired) 100 ml

STEPS

  1. Cut date and broccoli florets into tiny dices.
  2. Cook the sweet corn puree, dates and broccoli in water for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add in the cereal and cook for another 1 minute.
  4. Serve the porridge with Holle weaning oil.

SEAWEED PORRIDGE

FOR BABIES (8 months+), KIDS, ADULTS

INGREDIENTS

– Holle Cereal (any flavor) 3tbsp
Holle Weaning Oil 2tbsp
– The Bites Kelp Powder (or Dulse Granule) 1 pinch
– Cherry tomato (optional) 2-3 pcs
– Water 150 ml

STEPS

  1. Mash the tofu and cut the cherry toma- toes into small cubes.
  2. Put them into the water and boil for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add in Holle cereal and kelp powder, cook for another 1 minute.
  4. Serve the porridge with Holle weaning oil.

HOLLE MISO PORRIDGE

FOR KIDS, ADULTS

INGREDIENTS

– Holle Cereal (any flavour) 5-6tbsp
Emile Noël Toasted Sesame Oil 2tsp
– The Bites Miso (adjust to taste) 2tsp
– The Bites Instant Wakame 1/2tsp
– The Bites White Sesame Seed (optional) 1 pinch
– Spring Onion (optional) 1 pinch
– Hot Water 200ml

STEPS

  1. Put instant wakame and dissolve the miso thoroughly into the hot water.
  2. Mix the cereal and toasted sesame oil into the miso soup until well-blended.
  3. Sprinkle some spring onion and sesame seeds as topping.
  4. Serve while it is hot.

HOLLE BIBIMBAP PORRIDGE

FOR KIDS, ADULTS

INGREDIENTS

– Holle Cereal (any flavour) 5-6tbsp
Emile Noël Olive oil 1tsp
Emile Noël Toasted Sesame Oil 1tsp
– The Bites Soy Sauce 2tsp
– The Bites White Sesame Seed (optional) 1 pinch
Sonnentor Rosemary 1⁄2–1 tsp
– Sonnentor Just Green Herbs 1⁄2–1 tsp
– Pumpkin 2–3 cm cube
– Beetroot 2–3 cm cube
– Spinach (with stem) 2 long
– Mung Bean Sprout 1 palm sized
– Sea Salt 1 pinch
– Water 200ml

STEPS

  1. Slice pumpkin and beetroot into thin slices.
  2. Arrange them on a baking tray, and sprinkle some rosemary on the beetroot and some Just Green herbs on pumpkin (can be substituted with any herbs and spices you like). Add some olive oil and a pinch of salt on them. Bake it at 180oC for few minutes until the sides turn slightly golden.
  3. Blanch mung bean sprout and chopped spinach, then season with toasted sesame oil and soy sauce.
  4. The remaining boiling hot water used for cooking the veggies is then used to pre- pare the cereal.
  5. Decorate the porridge as you like before serving.
