For their 2021 harvest, a splash of creativity and fun has been added to each bottle with unique label art featuring one or more of their employees as appreciation towards them!

This fantastic oil combines a blend of three common Spanish olive varieties- Hojiblanca, Manzanilla and Picual, all originating from the Emile Noel olive family estate in Finca, Spain.

This fantastic oil combines a blend of three common Spanish olive varieties- Hojiblanca, Manzanilla and Picual, all originating from the Emile Noel olive family estate in Finca, Spain.

This unfiltered oil has delicate aromas of fresh almond, freshly cut herbs and green tomato alongside a unique grassy flavor with notes of bitterness and spiciness. This makes it excellent for Mediterranean dishes!

The first harvest also produces more nutritious and high chlorophyll oil for both culinary and wellness uses!

Our first crop olive oil is always more intense with authentic aromas which come from a blend of olive varieties- Hojiblanca, Manzanilla and Picual which are commonly grown in Spain. This combination gives the grassy aroma with notes of bitterness and spiciness.

In addition to taste, the time between the harvest and the pressing of olive always result in unique tasting notes.

Higher Chlorophyll, Bigger Benefits!

When olives are harvested early, the chlorophyll is particularly intense and offers greater health benefits.

As the harvest continues, the chlorophyll pigments decrease significantly throughout ripening.

Pressing first crop olives yields less oil and the olives varieties may not contain much fat content. Therefore, 8kg of olives are used to produce 1kg of first harvest oil!

Unfiltered Nutrition!

Our unfiltered olive oil has a richer aroma and fruit flavor because it retains a tiny amount of fruit water.

This also means it contains both polar and non-polar polyphenols, both of which offer antioxidant properties.

In comparison, commercial filtered olive oil is free of fruit water and only retains non-polar polyphenols.
