Coming from a Chinese family, the founder- Pitt apparently wanted to develop a healthy food for his parents as he realized the common Chinese meals are often flavored with a lot of seasoning, and could be oily too. Starting with a small machine, Pitt baked the rice crackers and shared with his family and circle of friends. After receiving positive feedbacks and much loves, the business expanded.
