For strengthening immune system especially during season of flu and cold attack: Carrot juice (50ml) + Acerola juice (50ml) + Tomato juice (50ml) + Flaxseed oil (1 tablespoon) WHY NOT?® ORGANIC PROPOLIS (ALCOHOL-FREE) : Children: 2-3 drops, 3-5 times daily Adult: 3-5 drops, 5-8 times daily For insomnia/stress reduction: 1 tube before bed time.
