Voelkel Apple Cider Vinegar is produced using carefully pressed biodynamic aromatic apple juice and fermented into cider.
Raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized Voelkel Apple Cider Vinegar retains the beneficial “Mother of vinegar”.
Apple cider vinegar has been traditionally used for creating various ailments, exhibiting a wide range of benefits due to the health promoting properties and nutrients such as acetic acid, minerals; polyphenols which acts as antioxidant.

Gentle processing, quality juice
The taste of natural plant ingredients, vitamins and minerals are largely preserved with gentle pressing and a special flash pasteurization method. Field fresh juice are also bottled immediately after pressing.

How to Use | Natural sediments may occur, shake gently before use. Add 1 – 2 teaspoons of Voelkel Apple Cider Vinegar into 250ml drinking water. You may add honey for better nutrition and taste. Suitable to use in salad dressing and recipes |
