Cows must be guaranteed access to fresh air 365 days a year. They are fed 100% organic fodder, at least half of which in Demeter quality sourced directly from the farm or from the region. Demeter cows are not dehorned and are left to develop as nature intended. This helps in digestion of feed and maintains good quality of cow’s milk.
